Tolles Haus! Es ist alles sauber, neu und wertig eingerichtet. Für uns war auch die Aufteilung super, es gibt quasi noch eine integrierte Südterrain Wohnung (Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad) mit großer Fensterfront und zweiter Terrasse. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Küche mit Esstisch und offenen Wohnbereich, ein schönes Bad und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, im ersten Obergeschoss gibt es dann noch ein großes Bad und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Alle Schlafzimmer lassen sich richtig verdunkeln und sind mit Klima ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft von Saro, das war wirklich klasse! Der Pool und Außenbereich sind ebenfalls schön und gepflegt. Das Haus ist in einem ruhigen Neubaugebiet und nicht so hellhörig wie aus Italien gewohnt. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ganz flaches tolles Wasser, mit Kindern ideal. Restaurants und Bars sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Rundum 5 Sterne - wie werden wieder kommen lieber Saro! We hebben dit huis geboekt voor 3 personen en vanaf het begin was het contact met co-host Saro al heel duidelijk en vriendelijk. We zouden wat laat op de avond aankomen maar dat was geen probleem; er waren duidelijke instructies gegeven voor de toegang van het huis en goede informatie over alles wat met het huis te maken had. Het huis was heel mooi, ruim en heel schoon met mooie slaapkamers en een privé zwembad. Een ruime veranda met gezellig zitje en uitgebreide keuken. In elke slaapkamer airco en op elke verdieping een luxe badkamer. Wat ons opviel is dat er al veel zaken aanwezig waren; de grote koelkast was al gevuld en elke badkamer was voorzien van handdoeken, shampoo en wc papier. Het zwembad was ruim en luxe en voorzien van mooie ligstoelen en zelfs luchtbedden. Tijdens ons verblijf was Saro nog een aantal keer langs geweest om te zien of alles naar wens was en bracht toen lekker brioches en cannoli mee als verrassing. Ook het uitchecken verliep heel goed. Dank je wel, Saro!

Villa Chiara is a lovely property in a secluded road just off the main road into Pozzallo. While Pozzallo is about 7 minutes away in the car, the house is very walkable to and from the beach (<5 minutes) and we very much enjoyed our stay. The house is just as advertised, extremely clean and check in/out was a breeze. Was stood out was how friendly and responsive and helpful the host was (thank you Saro!) and how well stocked the property was. We found some food for the first night, toiletries and beach towels, biscuits and fruit, as well as a semi stocked fridge. Unheard of for most properties. Our little boy enjoyed the pool immensely and the cool indoor space when it was too hot to be out. The pool itself was clean and the host popped by every couple of days to ensure pH levels stayed within acceptable ranges. During his first visit, Saro even surprised us with some freshly baked briosche from the local bakery, which were absolutely exceptional. Extremely pleased :)

Beautiful villa, lovely clean pool. We enjoyed the garden and table tennis table. The villa was well stocked with all we needed. The beach is less than 10 minutes away and we were able to walk into Pozzallo for meals often all the way via the beach (clean and in September/October, uncrowded). Antonio made us very welcome on behalf of the owners and was available if we needed anything (which we didn't). Wonderful

Perfect house. We were 6 persons and a baby. All littel problems were fixed immediately. The pool is very nice. The beach perfect for littel children.
