A big thank you to Éric for accepting our reservation, being so friendly, and having such a lovely home. An additional 2 day stay was offered, which assisted our last day as a late check out, really appreciated! Some new pictures should be taken of the property i.e the pool size is difficult to gauge, and the internal dimensions could be complemented. My 3 young children loved the pool, which was a good size and depth. Outside area has a nice large table under shade to keep an eye on them. Insects will bite when evening arrives. Bedrooms are good sizes and everything is clean. Downstairs area is fantastic, esp the kitchen for family meal time. Bought more mugs and the non stick pans could be better, but this is minor. Wi-fi allowed streaming, but basic TV isn't great. Some maintenance is required to truly make this 5 stars, showers (drainage & glass wall not fixed), light fittings, aircon remotes, batteries etc. No gym or cot (as listed), only travel cot which was in good condition.

Wij hadden een goed verblijf in deze villa. De villa is zeer ruim met veel ruimte in de keuken, living en speelhoek. Er is ook een zeer ruime master bedroom met eigen toilet en badkamer. De andere slaapkamers zijn correct van grootte. Alle kamers hebben een mooi uitzicht op de vallei en de zee en zijn voorzien van airconditioning. Alles werd proper ogeleverd. Het zwembad is niet heel groot maar zeker voldoende. Er zijn ook voldoeden mogeljkheden om in de buurt te wandelen en een uitstap naar Nice of Sain-Paul-de-Vence is maar 30 minuten met de auto. Wij misten wel het zeezicht vanuit de tuin en buitentafel. Er is een vrij hoge haag die het zicht wagneemt, dat is jammer. De uitrusting van de keuken kan ook beter. Ook de BBQ is niet in goede staat. Wij kunnen deze villa zeker aanraden voor grotere families.

Eric’s holiday house was perfect for our two families including 4 children under 7. If you needed items for a baby I noticed a cot, high chair, and strollers which would be super convenient for little little ones. The pool and situation of the property are lovely. The view is magnificent. We found the property very peaceful and enjoyable. Eric was responsive and the check in was easy. Check out was the same. I noticed some comments about deck chairs and some maintenance that could be done around the property and agree however Eric has priced his home to reflect these small issues. The property also has a pool table which was appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Eric.

This house offers a spacious interior and an enjoyable swimming pool. Éric was warm and welcoming and we appreciated the gesture of gifting us a bottle of wine. Eric proved himself to be a responsive host, always available when we needed information. The self check-in experience was seamless, and we found the house clean and ready for our arrival. However, there were minor maintenance issues such as a broken deck chair, and a few malfunctioning air conditioning remotes. The kitchenware seemed tarnished, possibly due to the dishwasher not performing optimally, and the fridge light didn't work. Overall, we had a good time, but felt the price was a tad high given these inconveniences. With attention to these details, Éric's place could be exceptional. We appreciate his hospitality.
