ArtRoom is a spacious studio apartment furnished and illuminated like an art gallery, located at the entrance to Noto, enriched with historic furniture and artistic curiosities. The peculiarity of the house is in fact given by the presence of works by contemporary Sicilian artists; for this it can be defined as a Home Gallery. The lush garden will welcome you every morning for your breakfasts, prepared in the kitchen area, with a rich pantry. A few minutes' walk will lead you to the center. I furnished the ArtRoom studio with period furniture of the family, mixed with contemporary works of art, belonging to my collection started in 1998. In my intentions there is that of often changing the furnishings and the works on display. I created a simple but personalized environment, for people like me, when traveling, love to find comfort with good taste and cleanliness. The garden is very intimate and reserved, with plants typical of our Mediterranean vegetation and furniture to eat or to enjoy the sun in complete tranquility. All spaces are for exclusive use, nothing is shared with other guests. We follow Airbnb's advanced 5-step cleaning process, based on the cleaning manual developed in collaboration with experts in the field. We supply products for cleaning, pest control and personal protection.

We had an amazing stay! Vincenzo was super nice and helped us with everything. The house is beautiful and relaxed, with the possibility to hang out in the garden. Recommended!!
Wir haben uns in Vincenzos Wohnung direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt! Alles war makellos sauber und der Garten eine wahre Oase und sehr privat. Man spürt sofort beim Betreten, dass Vincenzo alles mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet hat.Unser Auto konnten wir direkt vor der Tür parken und Vincenzo hat und sehr herzlich empfangen! Er war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns so viele Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße und in 5 Minuten gelangt man zu Fuß in das schöne Zentrum von Noto. Ein großer Supermarkt ist ca. 100 Meter entfernt. Wir haben die Bilder in der Wohnung sehr bewundert und auch sonst war alles sehr individuell und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Vielen Dank für deine außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft,Vincenzo!!
Great place, close to the historical centre. There's a gricery store a two-minute walk which is very handy. The studio is much bigger thsn than i thought. We especially liked the front patio, that is not shared. Lots of snacks, water and even wine left by Vincenzo, who was lovely. Cool decor too.
Everything was great!
We loved our stay at Vincenzo’s stylish apartment. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and perfect location on a quiet street, just 10 mins from the centre of Noto. Vincenzo was always fast to respond with great tips for food and exploration of the area. Not only was the place better than the pictures but there was wine and food provided also! Can’t recommend enough, will stay here again if we return to Noto.

Modern and functional district at the entrance to the city, a stone's throw from the largest supermarket and 20 meters from the urban and suburban bus stop; located in a comfortable and quiet area, near the municipal villa and the historic center, but outside the urban chaos. 400 meters from the train station and the exit, to reach the motorway, marine areas or other cities. There are all the services, pharmacy, tobacconist, bar, bakery, clothing, pizzeria, mechanic, tire shop, gas station, greengrocer, pastry shop, telephone, hardware store, forwarder, etc. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. In this area and above all in front of the ArtRoom it is very easy to find free parking at any time. The outdoor area is under video surveillance.
By bus, taxi, train, car or scooter for hire, you can reach the marine area at 6 km and the mountain area at 10 km. After Noto marina and Eloro, the Vendicari Nature Reserve, the Roman Villa del Tellaro, Portopalo, Marzamemi are definitely worth a visit. Ten minutes from the motorway junction.
ArtRoom is located in a privileged position, because at the entrance of the city, 20 meters from the urban and extra-urban bus stop, 400 meters from the railway station and near the municipal villa. We can book dinners, trips and excursions, taxis, entrances to exhibitions and shows, various services. We can help you in the rental of cars, scooters or bicycles

Quando ho bisogno di un po' di tranquillità, mi ritrovo a fotografare e trovare ispirazioni, nella spiaggia di Eloro, anche d'inverno, poiché vivo li vicino.
