Perfect location for us who were visiting for a family wedding. Amble parking. The full kitchen & washer/dryer came in very handy. The king size bed was super comfy. New living room furniture & dining table. Christina had excellent communication, respected our privacy yet checked in to make sure everything was OK. There are chickens on the property and Christina even gave us a fresh carton of eggs. We regret we didnt get to use the pool but it looked fabulous. Thank you again Christina!

Definitely recommend!! Christina was SO accommodating and very very kind. She was very helpful & even brought over her new air fryer! This bnb was awesome. The AC works great, awesome wifi, shower water pressure was relaxing, bed was VERY comfy, AND anything you could think of she had in the guest room or ready to bring over. Thank you for the amazing stay!!

To the Public Community, I am going to provide a straight and to the point review on this Airbnb listing, Christina's Utopia in Floresville. Texas. I am not going to say all the things gone wrong about my experience, I am just going to say give it time to get upkeep of property, Guest Private Room and renovations to be done and the fire pit gathering area to be renovated, and also the pool gathering area under screened in Pergola to be renovated, last the 2 chaise lounge chairs and astroturf needs to be replaced in that area and wood replaced underneath the astroturf by the deep end of pool edge. Also water depth markers need to be in place throughout pool shallow to deep end. maybe handicap accessible poolside lowering seat. A little more privacy on Guest's swimming times, maybe outdoor screening partitions. one more thing we liked the outside table w/optional umbrella and sitting area for visiting while grilling out, which we did not get to utilize so I cannot comment on it's functionality. Sprucing up of the property as a whole is a must and the hen's and rooster's quarters and roost's revamped. If free roaming have designated area fenced off from Guest outside areas, for sanitary reasons, see through fencing recommended so Guest's may enjoy watching your prize winning chickens in a clean, well fed and watered area, with water and feeder's functional and accessible to them. Totally recommend, we had a good chilling time , quiet, relaxing 3 days . Christina and John were awesome , treated us like family , the pool was so relaxing, had the place to ourselves . We made friends with their dogs and the chickens are entertaining, we will return.
