Gary and Jeff's place is in a wonderful location - walkable and convenient to everything Commercial Street has to offer. The unit was exactly as promised, communication was clear and proactive, and the views from all of the outdoor space were great. I was in town for the 4th and visit with friends after a hiatus. It turned out to be the perfect spot to hit the restaurants, take in a day at the pool or beach, and hit the bike path for a daytime adventure.

It was a great location! We went to great restaurants near by. The space was also great! We had enough space for our group and found everything we needed when we were cooking and spending sometime at home.

This is a very dated apartment, and the mattresses were terrible ... old springs and had a waterproof cover ... it all made for two very sleepless nights. We could hear everything from the apartment above, including the snoring tenant. The host was so lovely and I just had higher expectations for the interior comfort and I did let him know about the mattresses. The location is brilliant and it was very clean, but for the high rates, I really expected more...I do hope he invests in some good mattresses....it was very disheartening to have those sleepless nights.
