Amanda’s apartment was exactly as described. Beautiful surroundings, clean and homely . Easy 20 minute walk into the town with lovely bars and restaurants. Pub across the road , very friendly staff. Location was perfect for us as visiting family In Linlithgow. Will definitely return .
Glenavon House is a fantastic place to stay with comfortable beds, great amenities and 200yds to a pub which serves wonderful food. Lots to do in the area. Amanda is a friendly and communicative host.
My wife and I stayed in Amanda’s bnb for almost 2 months while relocating for work and it was perfect. Amanda was an amazing host and made us feel at home. Linlithgow is a cute little town and although we did not have a car we could walk daily to the train station (about 25-30min) which is very well connected to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. Would stay again!
I had such a lovely stay here for over a month. The flat itself is wonderfully spacious, and well kept. Amanda was very responsive to any questions, which I appreciated. And the town is incredibly easy to fall in love with. I spent almost every day walking into town and sitting in one of the many cafes to sip some coffee and read a book, often followed by a walk around the loch. If I ever come back to the area, I’d love to stay here again.
