beautiful spot! we had the rv spot and boho tent, and with were great. especially loved the bell tent set up next to the lake. perfect spot for the kids.

Very quiet and secluded feeling. We were there in the winter. It is hard to find a place to go with RV in winter, in Sandpoint. Loved waking up to the beautiful views of mountains and the lake. We would definitely like to go ther again.

Billie was a very responsive host prior to, and throughout our stay, when we had cellular service, and/or Wi-Fi. The location near the water was just what we were looking for and was great for walking our 2 Labs. Although being a holiday weekend the road directly below our RV site did have a fair amount of traffic passing by. Fortunately whilst we were there we had friendly neighbors at the adjacent rental spots, however we were surprised by the excess of miscellaneous clutter and construction equipment on the property itself. Although we checked out the private beach location, we felt like we were intruding on someone personal space in such a small area. The public beach locations nearby, however, were very nice and readily available. Despite Billie’s description of the property being technically accurate, we were hoping for more intimate, quiet getaway spot, but appreciated what the lake, Sandpoint and surrounding areas offered us during our stay.

Absolutely wonderful. We loved stepping out of our camper onto lush, green grass, and looking out over the water. Billie’s property is beautiful, relaxing, and a perfect place to roam and appreciate the view.
