The apartment is gorgeous, very spacious, well decorated and furnished. There was even some beverages at the freezer and food for breakfast. We felt right away at home! The location is also good, the neighborhood is good and not far from the historic center. Maurizio is a excellent host, very kind and responsive. He also helped with some local tips. We definitely recommend Maurizio’s apartment.

We were met and given a tour of the apartment by Maurizio who showed us how to use everything. So helpful when you come from a different country where so many things we take for granted are done differently. The apartment exceeded our expectations. 6 star - fastidiously clean, sunrise on front and sunset on back balcony, extra linen and towels and one of the best stocked kitchens, and clothes washer. Air conditioning in all rooms. Elevator and private parking space was a great addition. Co- op store within walking distance. And excellent pizza with takeout beer and wine 5 minutes at Barbera. Communication with Maurizio was excellent.

Apartament w rzeczywistości dużo lepszy niż na zdjęciach. Niczego w nim nie brakowało dosłownie niczego, było wszystko co potrzebne. Apartament bardzo czysty i przestronny. Właściciel sympatyczny i bardzo pomocny, przywitał nas zimnymi "napojami" :) Apartament naprawdę wart swojej ceny, szczerze wszystkim polecam.

Maurizio’s apartment is elegant and luxurious, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. it is conveniently located for easy access to the historic old town and surrounding amenities. Maurizio is a superb host who not only provided warm welcome and plenty of information but also contacted us during our stay to ensure that everything was going well for us. We hope to make a return visit.

Maurizio was nice and very helpful throughout our stay at his accommodation (One week in August 2021) Excellent apartment exactly as described. Quite and convenient location. Recommend to visitors of Cagliary or South Sardinia.
