Wonderful stay at Eric’s place whilst visiting south of France following the Rugby World Cup. Very tidy throughout and amenities in abundance. Stocked kitchen, bathrooms & well equipped BBQ area which we used most days. Lovely pool and very fun area to play Pétanque. Couldn’t recommend more highly, would love to visit again. Even had the consideration to leave lots of bug spray / repellent given the location in the hills. 5 / 10 minute drive to local SPAR to pick up groceries which is ideal & Only 25 minutes down in to Nice. Luckily we did have cars with us, potentially would struggle without given the long wait times with Ubers, that being said was never usually longer than 30 minutes. 10/10

Eric’s house was an absolute gem. The house was very well equipped and had everything you needed. The terrace was great for eating and chilling out on also when everyone was in the pool. The pool was fantastic and a great size for all the family to have fun in. And the pétanque area was another lovely surprise too! The views are to die for - we saw shooting stars and satellite trains, fireworks over the bays and amazing sunsets. It was so peaceful and relaxing there. Eric was really helpful and quick to respond whenever we asked any questions. His brother Dominique was really friendly and helpful too when we arrived! Bus stop is just down from the house to take you straight into Nice (purchase your travel card first then just top up with no. of trips and use on the tram also.) We definitely want to come back again. The whole area around the Cote D’Azure was stunning and felt very safe too. Thank you Eric for a fab stay in your lovely home - we’ll be back!

Erics bolig ligger helt fantastisk med udsigt ud over bjergene, Nice og Middelhavet. Poolen var skøn at bade i og grillområderne fungerer rigtigt godt. Vi var der i en varm periode og ville have sat pris på aircondition. Hemsen kunne ikke køles ned med det ene apparat, der var der og resten af huset var udstyret med blæsere.

The host was really friendly and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. The place and the house had a unique charm, even more characterful than the pictures suggest. There was plenty of room inside, and the outdoor area was exceptional, offering breathtaking views and stunning sunsets. It was a hot week during our stay, and we had hoped for slightly better and more widespread air conditioning. However, the pool's temperature was just perfect for cooling off. Overall, it's a wonderful place that we highly recommend!

We spent an enjoyable week here. The outdoor space is fabulous and the view is spectacular. You can see from the sea across lots of pretty hill top villages all the way to the Alps. We loved the pool, sitting and eating areas and the pétanque. The villa is located in a quiet residential street about 20 mins drive down winding roads into Nice. The inside of the villa is bright and attractive. We didn’t realise there was only one air conditioned room, the rest relying on fans. The kitchen is a bit tired and could do with a good clean and decluttering. We would have appreciated a little more kitchen cupboard space and wardrobe space. Overall we had a lovely week.
