This was the most perfect place for our visit to Rome. The apartment was just quaint and beautiful. The location was perfect! Around the corner from the grocery store, within walking distance of the Vatican, and steps away from public transportation - bus & train. She communicated from the beginning and even arranged a driver from the airport. A very lovely host!

The location is fabulous! Close to the train station and easy walking distance to the Vatican! The apartment is spacious and very clean! Beatrice provided coffee and little snacks to get us started! I would definitely recommend this AirBnB and would stay here again.

Beatrice was amazing! She was very responsive, gave great recommendations and was very proactive with making sure that our stay was seamlessly enjoyable. Her heart felt welcoming and apartment was a true taste of what Rome has to offer. I highly recommend Beatrice as she was a great host and her apartment was within walking distance to everything. Thank you Beatrice for everything as you made our stay in Rome very memorable.

Great place! It has an old charm, it’s spacious, clean and has well thought things guests need, even snacks and bottled water. The elevator in the building is cool too! Location is convenient, steps away from Roma S. Pietro train station and walkable to Vatican. #64 bus nearby takes you to the main tourist spots if you prefer not to walk. Beatrice is a friendly host. Thanks, Beatrice! The only part that could have been better is the limitation on self check-in with having ^whats+app^. I had to buy a Tourist sim card with data to be able to communicate with Beatrice after reaching Rome since I’m not sure what time I’ll be able to meet her at the airbnb place. Overall, I would recommend this place to others. 😊

We can't recommend this venue enough. Beatrice was a great host. Very responsive before and during our stay. Our flight arrived late at night but Beatrice made sure that she sent us all the information that we needed to self check-in. The apartment is gorgeous with everything that you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and in an excellent location within walking distance to the Vatican. Across the road is a train station that takes you to the centre of Rome. We used this a few times as the buses were quite busy at times. The area has great restaurants close by which are really good value and an excellent supermarket just around the corner. We would not hesitate to recommend this stay to anyone visiting Rome.
