自我介绍

Hi! A little about Monica: I love exploring, traveling, studying and growing. I'm constantly researching and studying more and more about health and fitness. How can the body better heal itself? I am a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, massage therapist, a health food enthusiast, and a student of life. Dennis isn't here right now so I'll tell you a bit about him: Dennis is a listener, a holder of space. He's a life coach - supporting people in reaching for their dreams or in feeling confident in their skin - reaching for their voice. He's also a massage therapist and has a background in web development. Things we enjoy doing: Rock climbing, acro-yoga, potlucks, game nights, skiing, snowboarding, water tubing, slack lining, traveling, and spending time wandering the town during the day seeing what happens and who shows up! On a side note. . .we aren't big drinkers. On special occasions we enjoy a glass of wine. As a host: We are open to fulfilling your request. If we are free, we're open to coffee, tea, showing you around if it works with the schedule, having a potluck game night, . . .whatever may happen. If you want your space we totally understand and respect that as well. We spend time at the house working from our computers during the day, though sometimes we go to town and work from coffee shops. At home we also spend time gardening. As a guest: We are respectful and leave the space as we found it or cleaner! Everything else pretty much explains what we might be doing outside of your home or open to doing inside (i.e. Potlucks). Our house is void of a TV or Microwave. We do have a toaster oven, a stove and an oven which we find awesome to effectively heat up anything you may need. :-) The kitchen is also full of stainless steel cookware, an electric water kettle, and hopefully anything you'd need to cook while you're here if you desire. If you find something missing- you can always leave a suggestion for it to be added! Life Motto: Hmmmmmm. Keep growing and loving and living freely.
