Host was extremely friendly and helpful. Place was clean and extremely well stocked. The privacy is amazing for not being any further away from things than it is. Very little traffic even on the main road. Home is close to mesa verde, million dollar highway purgatory ski resort. We took a day and went to Moab and arches national park and Canyonlands national park. For corners national monument are all within a day driving distance.

Overall, it was a fine place to stay. I wish that the host would update some of the pictures of the cabin to get a true feel for the place we booked. Some of the amenities we thought would be there for the kids like the foosball table were actually not there. Nothing went wrong in particular but I feel that we were expecting a nicer place to stay at, at least based on the pictures. The cleaners they hire also probably need to be a little more detailed, during our check in we noticed a patron label and a garter on the horns in the kitchen, the host was kind an offered to have them come to remove them, which we declined since we just wanted to alert them it wasn’t from our family. Kitchen counters seemed like they had not been cleaned as they were sticky. The basement is actually cemented and not carpeted like the pictures show, and we would not say this place is baby friendly since there are no doors to separate any rooms other than the two bedrooms downstairs in the basement.

This place was perfect for our family spring break vacation. There were so many different things to do and see and plenty of space for us to spread out in the house. There are three levels to this house with the master on the top floor and the remaining bed rooms in the basement. While there wasn't a "proper" table, there was plenty of seating at the bar in the kitchen. I particularly loved that they thought of almost everything! This place was as close to being a fully stocked home as you can get! The setting was rural and incredibly peaceful. I wish we had access to a rake and an axe but other than that, we loved out stay and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
