CCV is perfect for a single or couple who desire a short or longer-term rental as their home base and features a dedicated work space, a well-appointed kitchen, living room with views of the La Plata Mountains, outdoor kitchen, a hot tub with access from the bedroom and a large bathroom with double-headed shower. KITCHEN This kitchen has everything you would need to prepare your own meals, including stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of counter space and an island with prep sink that offers additional work space and seating for two. It comes fully stocked with dishware, silverware, utensils, stainless steel pots and pans, sharp knives, KitchenAide mixer, NInja blender, and a variety of other cookware and spices. For those coffee-lovers, we offer a single-serve Keurig coffee maker with pods. A large wooden table offers seating for two and up to two extra chairs can be provided upon request. LIVING AREA A large living room offers generous comfortable seating, electric fireplace (with or without heat) and large windows that look out at the La Plata Mountains. For your entertainment, a variety of games are provided, along with a 70” Smart TV and soundbar with access to over 100 over-the-air and Roku channels or you can connect to your own subscription services like Netflix, Amazon Video, Vudu, Apple TV, Sling, Pandora, etc. The living area also features a large desk and workspace for those who want to work from home. Wireless internet at 25mbps is also provided for your connectivity needs. BEDROOM The bedroom features a California king bed with pillow-top mattress and nightstands, as well as a large dresser and armoire with plenty of hanging space (hangers are provided). An electric fireplace provides heat or just a little extra ambiance. Watch TV from bed on the 42” Smart TV and soundbar with access to over 100 over-the-air and Roku channels or you can connect to your subscription services like Netflix, Amazon Video, Vudu, Apple TV, Sling, Pandora, etc. French doors offer both views of the property and access to the hot tub on the deck. Blinds are on the doors and window for darkening and great sleeping. BATHROOM A generous en-suite bathroom provides plenty of space with double sinks in a granite-topped vanity and a large smoked glass walk-in shower with two separately-controlled rainfall shower heads. Luxury towels, illuminated make-up mirror, and hair dryer are all provided for your convenience. DECK A wrap-around covered deck with access from the kitchen or bedroom offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. Use the propane BBQ grill or smoker in the outdoor kitchen to prepare your meal and then enjoy it al fresco at the patio table and chairs. Keep your drinks on ice in the wooden insulated cooler and enjoy your own music by connecting your device to a bluetooth speaker.
