Nga is an amazing host! from helping me with any questions I had, to providing me medicine when I got sick from street food, to hosting all tenants at a great Christmas dinner. The place is as described and the location is great. Not far from West lake or Old Town, but away enough to not be in the heart of all the action and noise. It's in a great local community, with tons of little shops and food stalls all around. So many little lakes within walking distance, so ample opportunity to have a coffee or sit outside. I would definitely recommend this place to all kinds of visitors, short or long term. When I visit Hanoi again, I will only rent from Nga.

Perfect for a long stay! The great location allows for having both the convenience of the city center and local vibes at the same time. Despite being located near Tay Ho and Hoan Kiem area, quite crowded and very popular to tourists, the apartment is very quiet and cozy. I used to feel distant from the bustling city center once I entered my room. And of course the cleaned-once-a-week room is very clean. Definitely recommended.
