Enjoy the comforts of a baby and child friendly home within 5 minutes of UVA, downtown, and I-64! This is our family home, so many toys and books are available throughout the house for kids. All spaces are kid-friendly and ready for fun! Our home is a partial split level, allowing us the luxury of multiple common spaces with the convenience of being within a few stairs of each other all the time. The main floor boasts a semi-open floor plan with an eat-in kitchen. The front living room gets wonderful morning light and is a great space to relax, play with toys, or read a book. The couch in the living room is plenty deep to serve as an additional sleeping spot if needed. The downstairs den is a cozy space that can fit a large group of people comfortably. Watch TV, play board games, or enjoy the wood-burning fireplace in the wintertime. The couch in the basement can also serve as an additional sleeping spot if needed. The washer and dryer are also located in the utility room in the basement. There is a queen bed in the primary bedroom, a crib (easily exchanged for a queen air mattress) in the first guest bedroom, and a toddler bed (soon to be upgraded to a twin--let us know if you need this to happen before your visit!) in the second guest bedroom.
