Had a splendid time in Eugene with the help of this AirBnB! Nancy was very communicative of where to find things + her expectations!

Place was cozy and comfortable for the most part. The lighting was very dark. It was hard to read things. The responsiveness or lack there of was the main issue. I requested to change my check in date to the next day due to flying in very late and didn’t want to drive from Portland. Host was slow getting back to me and probably misread my request. Few days before my check in she ended up declining it. The next day my request was changed. My stay was fine until the 2nd night I noticed huge flies flying around. I messaged the host letting them know about the flies. No response the next day and there were a ton of flies behind the curtain on the window! The morning of checkout I noticed ants around the kitchen sink. I sent a message letting them know that they should have an exterminator come by to address the fly and ant situation. Never received a response or anything acknowledging the pest control situation.

This place was amazing for my visit to Eugene! It has parking for guests and its location makes it easy to get around by foot. 10/10 would recommend

Was very good for the price, walkable to downtown and University or Oregon. Equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. There were a few ants and bugs around as well as a mildew smell but this is Oregon in the winter so that’s pretty much unavoidable anywhere especially a place with carpet. Good place to come home to after a long day. Host was VERY flexible on check in and out times which was great cause I took the train.
