I had a very pleasant stay at the Airbnb of Mr. Wickramasinghe, which is also suitable for a long time stay. It was very clean, there was plenty of space and the kitchen included everything necessary. There was also an AC in the main bedroom. The house is located near (5-10 min by foot) the Karapityia Teaching Hospital so it‘s perfect for students doing an internship there. There are supermarkets and shops for water, fruits etc. nearby. The owners live in the house next door and are very friendly. The communication is easy and they reply fast.

A very cozy house that is worth the money. Extremely responsive owner. We had a few minor difficulties during our stay (3 weeks): we needed to change the bed and the first parking spot didn't work for me. The owner of the apartment solved all the problems very quickly. He replaced the bed the next day after I asked and gave me a much more convenient parking spot in the back yard of his house. Absolutely, next time I go to Sri Lanka, I will stay there. I highly recommend it!

Perfectly situated if you work or study at Karapitiya Hospital (can be reached by foot in 5mins). Really friendly hosts, clean accomodation, calm area. I never felt unsafe.

Staying at Cinnamon Karapitiya was literally home away from home. We simply loved our time here!! Mr. and Mrs. Wickramasinghe make great hosts and are absolutely friendly, thoughtful and proactive with their guests.
