This sweet little guest cabin sits quietly on 5 and 1/2 acres of RIVER FRONT property. Also on the property is the larger main log cabin that will be separately rented. The guest cabin is about 200ft from the main one, and sits nestled in trees around a slight corner, so you have full privacy. Feel free to enjoy the property but please use respectful boundaries when approaching the main cabin. The entire cabin is decorated with rustic elegance. The main room features your queen bed, a tall bistro table and 2 chairs that look right out to the patio and river. Coffee and microwave nook also in main room. Full bathroom with large counter space and vanity, dressing bench, and sliding mirror closet. Shower/tub. Fully equipped kitchen with full-sized fridge, stove top and oven, sink+disposal, and a stacked washer and dryer :) Windows in bedroom feature outdoor blackout shutters, perfect for early nights and sleeping in! Heating and Air conditioning. The cabin's outside area features several chairs and lounging areas for you to enjoy, with a standing fireplace right in front of the river. Also for you to use and next to the fireplace is a small charcoal grill (not available during winter). Charcoal and lighter fluid provided. FISHING ALLOWED! :) Please let me know beforehand if you plan on fishing, as I will need to leave a note of permission for you to carry along with your fishing license.
