Emsworth is a lovely quiet place and Sara’s house is a short walk between the Mill Pond and the Estuary, it really is a special walk. The restaurants, Driftwood for a lovely breakfast / brunch and 36 on The Quay for a special dinner, which was exquisite. We travelled to Wickham and had Sunday Lunch at The Square Cow, again fabulous. Some lovely Antique shops here so great for a mooch around. We also visited Little Woodham Living History Village on the outskirts of Gosport, well worth a visit, ran by volunteers and done so beautifully. Can also recommend Brighton and The Lanes, full of quirky independent shops. Again we were spoilt and ate at The Fiddler & Finns on The Beach - fabulous from start to finish. All in all a great weekend and made more special by Sara.

We had a lovely stay in Sara's beautiful cottage, perfectly situated right on Emsworth Harbour. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful views of the water from the lounge and main bedroom, the cosy open fire, and the great location for easy access to local attractions, including West Wittering beach, Bosham, Staunton Farm, and Chichester. We made full use of the well-equipped kitchen, and found the cottage wonderfully quiet day and night, despite the closeness to shops and restaurants.

This house is in a perfect location for a casual stroll for provisions, good pub food nearby and short drive to lovely beaches and activities. It was nice to have a garden for our 2 small grandchildren to play in. Good parking space for 2 cars. Sarah was easily contacted and replied straight away.

We were so happy with Sara's house. It's a beautiful house in a beautiful location, right on the water. The view couldn't be better. It's easy to walk into Emsworth for the shops, pubs and restaurants, and also to walk along the shoreline to Langstone Quay nature reserve. Perfect spot relaxing in the garden on a sunny afternoon.
