Welcome to our modern chic home, located NEAR the Florida International University (FIU) and the Miami International Airport! We have newly renovated our home to expand the master bedroom as well as access to the New Private Pool with your stay! Keypad lock which give you flexibility for 24 hr SELF check in. Quiet neighborhood which makes the house also a perfect place for study/work from home. Welcome! As you arrive to the house you will drive into a driveway with plenty of parking space for up to 5 cars. When you first walk into the house you will see the living room with an electric fireplace and a 70” TV. Passing the living room you will be charmed by the open and high ceiling kitchen. Decorated with a long pendant chandelier. Large island in the kitchen will allow you and your guests to share memorable times while cooking or preparing some amazing drinks. There is a double door that connects you to the backyard. The large double doors are equipped with a motorized black out shades that are controlled with a remote. All appliances are new and kitchen has been renovated. In the kitchen you can see the open space for the second floor, where the third room is located (with a full bed, a twin bed and a sofa bed, as well as a queen size air mattress) accommodating up to 6 guests on the second floor floor). The second floor also has a living area with a designated working space. Next to the stairs leading to the second floor you will find the door to the second full bathroom (newly renovated) with a shower, as well as the small hallway leading to the second room (1 queen bed) with a 55” TV, an Xbox, big closet, 1 nightstand, a dresser and a ceiling fan with remote control. Passing the kitchen you will find the dining room with an expandable dining table that can sit up to 8 guests along with a chilling area with 2 accent chairs. There is a double door leading to the pool area. After the dining room you will be faced with the master bedroom door. Holding a king size modern bed with 2 nightstands, dresser, 65” TV, an accent chair and a ceiling fan with remote control. The master bedroom has it own bathroom suite inside - with a doble sliding door if you need privacy. Inside the master bathroom you will find a large showered encased with glass walls and 2 glass doors, one on each side. There are two sinks along with a toilet and a bidet. The master suite also has a huge walking closet with its own chandelier, bench and mirror for a full body view while getting dressed. Outside in the patio you will find a very modern heated pool. With espectacular color charging lights. Black Flooring and amazing tiling make this pool very charming and modern. There is a designated sitting area with 2 chairs, a sofa and a center table. The patio also has a wall made out of grass and wood panels. There is plenty of lighting around the backyard which makes it a very nice area to spend some time with family and friends. In another corner there are 2 other chairs with another center table. The backyard also has a BBQ (equipment is all located in the kitchen) that can be used by our guests. The house is very modern as well as cozy. I am sure that anyone who stays in our santuary would love to come back and spend more time.
