Karen's place was just what we were looking for - somewhere close enough to Oxford but not in the busy centre. Karen welcomed us when we arrived, and the place was ready, complete with everything we needed. She also left fresh bread, jam, butter, milk, water, and all tea and coffee items. Karen was especially helpful giving recommendations and direction for heading into Oxford and the Cotswolds. It was a lovely stay, and meeting Karen herself was a real treat. Highly recommended!

This was our third stay at Karen’s wonderful cottage and that says it all really, everything we could possibly need was provided and the cottage was warm and cosy when we arrived after a long journey. Karen is a wonderful host and has thought of everything to make her guests feel relaxed and comfortable, excellent communication and thoughtful touches such as home baking and fresh flowers make the cottage a warm and inviting home from home. With easy access to Oxford and beyond this is a perfect place to stay.

We had an absolutely delightful stay. The location and property were perfect, exactly what we wanted. Karen was friendly and very helpful, her instructions were really thorough and she gave us everything we needed to enjoy our weekend, including breakfast, milk, tea, coffee etc and homemade biscuits, bread and jam. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you :)

Extremely lovely and helpful host. Very welcoming and everything was spotless. Also left some homemade bread and cookies, which were lovely too.

A gem. Lovely quiet small village. Accommodation goes the extra mile in all departments: clean and comfortable throughout, comfortable bed, lots of pleasant touches - coffee in jars rather than sachets, homemade jam, milk in a real bottle - get the idea. Karen is an exceptional hostess - pleasant and helpful. Accommodation a credit to her and Airbnb.
