Richard is a great host, he cooked some baked ziti pasta for me... The home is older, and it's good for basic stay, which is what I needed for a few nights while working nearby. I will stay again if I'm sent to work in Westfield. Thank you, Richard.

When I arrived, no one was there to guide me. I called the host and he said I needed to go upstairs and his brother-in-law will let me in. I went up and knocked on the door, but no one answered. I called again and I could hear conversation inside, but still had no luck. I knocked some more and had to call a third time. The person who checked me in was unable to find the spare key to the room for a while, as she had locked them in the room. The bed rolls and is not firm at all. The door creaks really loudly every time I opened it. The bathroom does not lock at all. I had the room with the blue drapes. The pictures are quite deceiving. Food and utensils are left out all over the common area and kitchen. The bed is against a wall with an opening for a closet, so there is no way to lean in bed to watch TV without fearing you will fall back. The fridge does have a lot of supplies to help you with meals, when you or whoever you get your food from lacks something. A lot of great options on the TV. Room lights are too dim for maximum effectiveness.

The room was small but cozy. There was a big flat screen TV, a big plus for me. The sheets were new and the blankets were clean. There were also extra pillows and blankets in the room. There is a closet with hangers... very convenient. Clean towels and basic toiletries were provided as well! The common areas were clean and everything was self explanatory. Off street parking in a safe area also a big plus. Richard was a great host and was personable and helpful. This was my first Airbnb and I’ll definitely go back.
