Location , location, location! This house was next to the starting line of the Newport Marathon, it was very clean, the kitchen had everything in it to prepare food, great response time from the hosts! Thumbs up!

Aarons place was big and perfect for the kids. There were tons of toys & the upstairs living room was perfect for them to play in. The deck was nice and we liked having the bbq to grill for dinner. Not Aarons fault but the dogs next door made it hard to get baby to sleep. They barked a ton. House isn’t super clean but is clean enough to feel okay staying! We got dog hair on our clothes even though the house was listed as being dog free. Overall, we would stay again but wanted to take note of those things for someone who maybe liked a little more pristine home. Aaron allowed us to check in early and was a good host.

Our family stayed at Aaron’s place for my daughters birthday weekend. We had grandparents as well as young children with us and this house was well suited to the whole group. We especially loved that there were two living spaces (one of them had lots of fun stuff for the kids to play with) and that there were bedrooms on each level so that we could each have our own little area to spread out. It was a great stay and we would absolutely stay again!
