Such a great stay! Stunning view and the home has everything we needed. We don’t want to leave. House was also accessible for my mother-in-law who has mobility issues. We will definitely return and stay longer! Meredith’s staff are always responsive and friendly hosts!

Our 2nd stay at this lovely property. Really wonderful place with views of ocean and a short drive to Newport restaurants and activities. We'll definitely stay again.

The location and view were amazing!! The alarm for the septic did go off of which I followed the rules and called immediately. The lady I spoke to kept insinuating we were using too much water. We had not!! We were gone part of the day and we heard the alarm after we returned. Only 2 of the 4 of us took showers before our outing. It was raining most of the day, so maybe this contributed to the issue. The main bedroom and bathroom are “cold”!! Especially the bathroom. It’s like there’s no heat getting to this area. The beds need to be upgraded. The main bedroom’s king bed has “3” separate pads. 2 very thin pads like what would be in a semi truck sleeper cab and 1 two inch foam pad you’d use for camping. The sheets are cheep microfiber flat sheets that appear to be for a queen bed. Not even a fitted sheet available. I sat on the edge and fell off because it very squishy. The 2nd bedroom could accommodate a king bed instead of a queen of which the mattress is old and also needs updated.
