There is also a third room that has a sofa, table, mini-fridge, and bathroom with a claw-foot tub, that you may use for your convenience. We will do our best to greet you if possible. It's a beautiful little area, yet quite central. Walk to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and the river trail. This location is very accessible and walkable. There is a bus stop 5 minutes from the house, Uber/Lyft are plentiful, and the highway is close. There are both on-street parking options as well as off-street in a parking lot behind the house. There is a train that passes through the River Arts District twice nightly. It is about 1/4 mile away, and the rooms are on the opposite side of the house, but very light sleepers may want to make use of the earplugs we have available. It's not an issue for most people, but we want to be upfront and transparent!
