Had a lovely stay in Andes with Pia! Quiet, tranquil, away from all the chaos and bustle. You can hear snow land on the ground. Perfect for a weekend reset, a little walk and a cup of tea in bed. 4 wheel drive is helpful for slippery roads while snowing!

Lovely little cottage, exactly as photographed and described. Pia was quick to reply and everything we needed was available. Lots of helpful instructions/tips/local spots were all prepared and were great choices. Super quiet and beautiful landscapes surround the mountainous area including a small trail just off the property that was a nice walk/easy hike. Our dog Goose also enjoyed the area and loved the snow fall making it a winter escape. If you want to find a true remote escape in upstate NY, this is a great choice. The road to the cottage can be a little uncomfortable for some people used to only pristine roads, but it's totally manageable and provides a much more scenic route than other stays could offer.

Stayed for a week with my wife and dog. We had a very nice stay. The location is great. Pia was a great host.
