The bungalow is wonderful. Very clean, spacious, and very quiet. There was coffee provided and even a French press, sugar, tea, spices, shampoo and soap, extra blankets, many extra pillows, bedside lamps, just like at home. Ashley was very kind and offered us to park in her driveway, but there is easy street parking as well. There are two good restaurants within a 5 min walk, Mizuumi Japanese with excellent sushi, and Los Mesones Mexican diner, which we loved for very authentic cheap food. There are also a 7-11 and Walgreens nearby. We walked to the Sloan lake 3 blocks away and strolled around it. We do not know Denver neighborhoods so cannot compare with other parts of the city, but it was a 10 min drive to the Convention center which was our destination, so very convenient. We felt very welcome and at home and highly recommend Ashley's place.

Ashley's place was so comfortable. We felt at home very quickly. The location was so convenient, we were close to everything we wanted to do. Ashley was such a kind and generous host. She communicated with us regularly to make sure everything was going well and was around if we needed anything. I highly recommend Ashley's property and I would definitely stay there again.

Above all else, Ashley was kind. My brothers and I were visiting for my birthday and Ashley took extra measure to make sure we were taken care of & had a nice time (early check in, birthday wishes). From check-in to check-out, Ashley was clear with instruction and clear with expectations. In terms of location — Brew Culture Coffee was such a nice community spot, and we had just what we needed nearby to start our day. I would gladly stay in her property again :-) thanks for making my birthday trip to Denver so comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place. Great location. Easily found restaurants and attractions nearby. House was very clean. Felt like home. So appreciated the sidewalks and steps being shoveled since there had been snow. Ashley’s instructions were very clear and we had everything we needed. Beds slept great. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in the Denver area.

Close to stadium and mile high station 👍 Very clean and well decorated. Beds were nice and bathroom was spotless. Would recommend👌
