This is a great place to stay in Metropolitan Manila. David, the host, and members of his family provide warm, responsive, and personable hospitality. The condominium is comfortable, well-equipped, well-maintained, very practical, and has some outstanding special features. The large balcony looks out on the trees and houses of New Manila, a very quiet region of the city. Both bedrooms are on the balcony side of the condominium and are vey quiet at night. The unit's wifi and television (with NETFLIX) worked well without interruption. I enjoyed cooking in the very functional kitchen. The condominium building has a large, well-equipped gym, a very nice and well-maintained outdoor pool, and a large comfortable lobby area with indoor and outdoor seating. I have stayed in several condominium buildings in this region of the city, and, of all of them, the Amaryllis has the most professional, helpful, and friendly staff. For clothes, a very good cleaners that offers a range of services is located in the building, along with a small dry-goods store. David and his condominium provide visitors with a very comfortable, functional, and worry-free place to stay.

David’s place is great for the value clean and had the perfect amenities. Right at the end of a busy street where there is plenty of food and restaurants within walking distance. Claire is a very wonderful lady and great at communication.

The place is exactly as advertised: clean, stylish, very accessible. Size is perfect for two or three guests, and the host was great — following up regularly, responding very quickly, and very helpful in arranging flexible check-in and check-out schedules. I would definitely recommend this to other looking for a place to stay in Quezon City.
