If this is available, do yourself the favor and book Gingers place. The pictures are accurate, it is very walkable, the sunrise and sunset on the rooftop are amazing, and the overall vibe of the home is great! Ginger was incredibly responsive, and kind. Her recommended list of restaurants and activities was our bible while in SMA, and I’m so glad we trusted her because everything was great! I would absolutely stay at Ginger’s place again if I return to SMA (which hopefully we will because we had an incredible time). Thank you Ginger!

We loved Gingers place. We ate the most fabulous breakfast right around the corner at Mi Bistro 300 every morning! The French bread with fruit and cream, the pancakes, the many different juices were so good, the eggs, pastries were excellent!

Worked remotely from this beautiful home for two weeks. Loved the location (felt like it was a 5-15min walk to anywhere in town you’d want to go). Ginger was responsive & helpful and I loved her local recommendations. Especially if using both bedrooms, it’s a great value. The WiFi cut out for 2 partial days during my stay; Ginger was helpful and responsive when that happened. There were a cpl spots where the cleanliness was less than perfect, but that’s an easy remedy that I think Ginger has already addressed. Note - the mattress was pretty firm, although that’s obviously a matter of personal preference.
