The home was beautiful and comfortable, with many great amenities. Matthew provided great and clear information about the neighborhood, home, and nearby attractions. The neighborhood was a comfortable family neighborhood with walking paths in a nearby park. My mother-in-law said her bed was more comfortable than her bed at home! Our daughters loved the cats, who are very comfortable in the home and very friendly. I would recommend this home!

Matt’s home has it all. A beautiful and walkable location in Land Park, a clean and sophisticated interior space, ample amenities, and plenty of rooms for a larger family or group traveling together. We traveled with two kids under 5 and they loved it too - especially the friendly kitties on site, and close proximity to the zoo and the playground across the street. Highly recommend!

The place was beautifully laid out and super comfy. My friends were in for CIM and loved how the place had a guitar and even a peloton bike. The hot water was amazing after the brutal mess 26.2 miles can inflict on the body. Would love to reserve the place again next year!

Matthew and Sharon have a beautiful home that is very comfortable and easy to access. My family and I were very comfortable during our stay. We felt right at home while staying in the Sac area. Matthew communicated the details of the home well and we would love to request another stay while in the area!!!
