We loved this huge house. so roomy and kitchen was perfect for a large group. plenty of seating. and the LARGE hot tube was a big hit with all of us!! I would book again for sure. thank you Rick for all you did to make our stay perfect.

Good parking, large, roomy house, well stocked kitchen, good view, great hot tub, large yard but couldn't walk on it without getting a ton of stickers so no one wanted to play there, long trail (1/4 mile?) to beach with a river between you and the ocean and a bridge to cross, good beach once you got to it, game room pictured pinball machines, music box, etc but they didn't work (sign said they were for "decoration" ??), should just remove them. Fun pool table and shuffleboard. House could really use an update. Rick was a good host answering any questions and taking care of problems. Don't think we will be back.

Great house for a big family vacation. Very clean and much bigger than we expected. The kids had fun deciding which room they wanted, each room is a different color. Awesome game room downstairs. Beach was closer than we expected (you can walk down the road or there was a trail at the end of the yard) and easily walkable even with young children. The house had everything that we needed and the host responded almost immediately to any questions we had. Thank you!

This home is large and well laid out for many people. The pool table was a big hit but the rest of the game room was a bit of a let down, neither of the pinball tables worked and there was no beads for the shuffle board table. Over all the walk to the ocean is not too difficult on the path but wear shoes there are many prickly plants that call the ground home, this extends to the back yard too, not bare foot friendly. Taking the street is another option but there are many cars with broken out windows and an big off leash dog almost knocked down my friend. The hot tub is the biggest I have ever seen, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, the beds we comfortable. Me and my friends would stay here again no question.

This is a great place to stay if you have a larger group and the weather is unpredictable. There is plenty to do outside and inside.
