Marquez’s place was great! It was clean, comfortable and the perfect location for first time skiers like us. Great view of the slopes and mountains from the balcony. Check in was a little lengthy. I think they make everybody at the resort check in at the same time. Line got long fast. Marquez was the best host! Had some problems with booking thru airbnb but he and worked around it and got it taken care of. He checked in on us and answered all our questions fast. Would definitely stay at his place again when we go back!

We had a great stay! Fantastic location, comfortable condo, great amenities on site like the hot tub, sauna, steam room, and the pool. Host is a great communicator and a nice guy. Will definitely stay here the next time we’re at Breckenridge.

This listing was a great place to stay for those looking for a nice ski in/ski out option. The unit was exactly as listed and had a great view of the bottom of the slopes on the balcony. Only a couple of minor issues but the host responded immediately to help facilitate a solution. I will say that the upstairs bedrooms can be slightly warm, but that is because the heating in the resort is centralized for the most part. However, opening up the balcony door during the day can help cool it off a lot. The amenities at the resort were great. The free shuttle service was a super convenient alternative to Uber or Lyft, and the longest wait for one was only about 8 minutes but usually it was much less. I would absolutely stay here again, super convenient and nice with a host that is extremely communicative and responsive.

This is a perfect ski in/out condo! Ski rental shop is in the condo complex. The Beaver Run lift is right outside the ski locker. Easy green runs bring you right back home. The on site market/bars/restaurants make it so you don’t really have to go any where else. But if you do, the town is an easy 0.5 mile walk away (or a quick free shuttle ride away). The game room/mini golf/pool/hot tub set up was great. The condo itself was immaculate. Comfy beds. Plenty of closet/drawer space. Kitchen has all the basics. Comfy couch with wood burning fireplace (and a never ending supply of wood). No noise from neighbors. Marques was readily available for any questions. This will be our place to stay when we come back to Breck.
