Good location to Bills stadium … comfortable space

Matthew was a very nice person and enjoyed talking to him. I informed him that his cleaning crew did not do a great job. The oven was not cleaned properly and the air conditioner window unit was full of dirt and mold. Matthew came over himself and cleaned those things for us and apologized for the issue. We really did appreciate that. The outside of the home needs some work. There is a neighbor upstairs but we didn’t have any issues with that. The linens were clean. The beds were comfortable.

Great deal if you’re looking for a place with a lot of bed options! Place was super clean on the inside and we was right down the road from Highmark Stadium which was important to us. Thanks!

Excellent value for unit, which is becoming increasingly uncommon on AirBNB. The home was very clean and well-appointed. Communication was excellent. The neighborhood isn't the most exciting place, but there are some surprisingly good food options nearby, and the commute into Buffalo isn't bad. It was a blessing that we were allowed to bring our dog, and he had a blast in the large lawn behind the house. The neighbors all seem to be dog people, and were very friendly. Washer / dryer in the basement are also a nice touch, and appear to be newer units. Water pressure and temperature were great, and there was a dishwasher in the kitchen. WiFi worked great. Private parking behind the house was easy and ample, and I appreciated that the homeowner had cameras facing the parking area. We noted a few examples where the age of the house is definitely showing (it seems to be a very old house), but it was definitely a 5-star find and perfect for our family.
