This open concept apartment is central to Buffalo's attractions. A 10 minute drive to Highmark stadium, 15 minute drive to Keybank Center, and 35 minute drive to Niagara Falls. It sleeps up to 6 people comfortably and is in walking distance from restaurants, shops, and convenient stores. This is the upper half of a double house which each apartment has its own private entrance. The host lives in the house next door so rest assured knowing your place is well attended. This a nice place for families and small groups. It's best used as a home base for adventuring and outward visits.

It’s a great place. 20 mins from airport
The apartment was perfect for us. It was very clean and close to everything we needed. We were there for a concert and were only 4 miles away from Highmark stadium. Also close to Niagara. The apartment was easy to get in and out of and Brian was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Listing was exactly as described. Perfectly clean, and Brian was really helpful. Coffee bar was a nice touch.
This is our third time staying here and each time has been great. The apartment is clean, comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood and close to anything you need. Brian is a great host!
Thoroughly enjoyed our quick weekend trip to Brian’s place! Everything was as described, very clean :)

Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and convenient stores. 10 minute drive to Bills Stadium, 15 minute drive to Sabres Arena, 35 minute drive to Niagara Falls State Park. Half a mile from Cazenovia Park (north east) and one mile from South Park/Botanical Gardens.
