awesome place to hangout

The place was great. The location was great in way of distance of things to do and the views. Host(s) were very responsive and helpful. Dogs and people that went on trip enjoyed the stay and great memories were made. There’s only 3 things I will say: 1. The river was low when we went (no fault of the host, just the way it is sometimes). If you’re wanting to go fishing from the house, be aware if it is low, you have to ease your way down to the river. It’s not hard to do by any means though. *you can always ask about the level of the river when booking* 2. If you have AT&T cell service, you won’t have any service at the house unless you’re on wifi. Keep that in mind. We didn’t mind it as it was so peaceful. 3. The beds are the only thing that my companions and I would say were a negative with this location. The mattresses were pretty hard, and we personally couldn’t get super comfortable on them. It really is a great place with a superb view. Would stay again in the future.

We had a great time, the area is so peaceful and serene and location of the house is perfectly located on the river and close to activities such as fishing, swimming and horse back riding. Would recommend!

House was in a great neighborhood. Loved the decks out the back over looking the river. Comfortable beds and furniture. Only criticism is that it is hard to get down to the river. A ladder or something would be very helpful.
