We had a lovely one month stay in the ground floor suite at Villa Azaiia. The apartment is clean and well set up for a long stay, with good kitchen facilities and a clothes washer. January can be cool, but the suite has good heat and hot water. The ground floor did not get direct sun, but we enjoyed sun in the garden. The villa is in a great location, very quiet, close to the beach, good shops for self catering, and local transport. Bechir and Anna are wonderful, welcoming hosts, they care about their property, and are very quick to respond to any questions or problems if needed. We would be happy to stay at Villa Azaiia again if we get the !

This place is a little gem hidden away on a quiet street which is just a few steps away from the beach. The apartment was very comfortable to live in and very spacious with great communal spaces that were private and quiet. Furthermore, Bechir and Anna were a delight to deal with, were very responsive and very proactive in their help and advice for what there is to do around their place and even the most scenic way to drive from Tunis! Would recommend this place again and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks again Anna and Bechir!

We had a great time right near the beach and it was very peaceful and quiet. Bechir and Anne are very kind hosts and made sure our stay was exceptional. We would love to come back here someday if they’ll have us again.
