The hosts were cordial during our stay. The location was a 7 hour drive for all 3 families to meet up for our family reunion. We enjoyed the location with the game room, jacuzzi, and outdoor hammocks and swings available on the property. The deer came in nightly in the meadow during our stay. Nice campfire pit and sitting area. The only downside of our stay were the beds. The mattresses definitely need replacing as they are very aged, lumpy, and beat up to the center causing you to roll onto your partner. Not restful sleep. Very vital for us as guests. On another note, the hosts were friendly and responsive to a couple of our kitchen requests. Assisted us in washing a load of laundry.

This house has a lot of activities for the family. The star of the show a zip line that can carry up to 185lbs. It has an amazing view. Has a tree house. Basketball court ,volleyball. Plenty of parking for the vehicles. The down side this house has NO A/C. It gets pretty warm in the house. It only fits up to 20 people. It’s worth staying in this house.

Wow! We had a great time! The hosts are awesome and have mastered the art of being available for help but still give the feeling of having the place to yourself (since they are onsite). Our kids absolutely loved all the provided entertainment; ping-pong, pool, foosball, zip-line, basketball, etc. The deck on this property is incredible! It was wonderful just soaking it all in. We hope to be back!

Bonnie and Jim's place was the perfect middle point between Bryce and Zion. Even before arrival, they were communicative and helpful. The cabin was absolutely amazing. Our larger group was comfortable and had plenty of space. My mother LOVED how clean the linens were. Bonnie even gave us the best suggestion for a fourth of July firework show that really blew our socks off. Overall, an amazing stay. They made our large family vacation a peaceful one -definitely a must-book!!

The only change that i would make at this lovely home, would be that the beds desperately need updated. No one from the kids, to the adults slept comfortably at all. Some people even played musical beds trying to find a more comfortable sleeping area. To the point where it sort of affected everyones trip since we all slept so poorly. Besides that the air bnb was amazing! I loved that it had plenty to keep our family occupied without having to leave!
