This home was great for our annual family gathering. There were ten adults and six kids (aged 11 mos to 11 years). There was a bed for everyone (including a pack & play) and there was something to entertain everyone - pool, fire pit, riverbed/outdoor exploring, shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong, foosball, and peaceful views! I grew up in the Hill Country and this home and land was representative of the peacefulness I grew up enjoying. It's also the perfect distance from town (Blanco) - about 8-10 min. The kitchen is capable of handling large groups with the double ovens, double cooktops, and plenty of fridge space (we could fully unload the food from all our coolers!). It's a wonderful home for large and diverse groups, and it's a very comfortable home to spend time with those around you! Other than a water pressure and temperature issue (which the owner was addressing), it was nothing but a truly wonderful stay! Will possibly stay again!

This is a great family friendly venue. We loved the privacy and relaxing environment. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and plenty of bathrooms. The creek was dry during our stay but would be fun to enjoy when water levels are up. Kids still enjoyed playing in the dry creek bed. We enjoyed the kitchen and dining room space much more than we thought we would. Host was great and very helpful! Would definitely recommend!

This property was huge! The space was perfect for our party of 15 and could have fit more. The cabinets held all the dishes you’d need along with tons of coffee cups, keurigs, and there were plenty of fresh towels. My family especially enjoyed the game room, large dining room, and hot tub! The propane fire pit and tiki torches really set a cool vibe. The TVs were also great as it’s football season. Book this place if you have a large family and would enjoy the extra space. The property is peaceful and a great place for relaxation.
