Nice place to stay. there is a couple of restaurants you can walk to. If wanted to go more downtown grace bay it’s like 1.1 mile walk not bad. Water boat tours pick you up right out front on the beach that was handy. Thermostat lost its sync and David had someone there within an hour to get it going.

What a perfect location to call “home base”. We loved having the option to cook for ourselves because of the kitchenette. A great location all around and would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed stay at David’s! It was a great vacation. David is an excellent host. Since we booked the trip, he has been very responsive, patient and thorough with all our questions, so we were well informed prior to our arrival. Because he was always so nice in his messages, we felt very comfortable corresponding with him. The location is convenient. Our taxi ride from the airport to the accommodation was affordable and super quick-within 15 mins! The convenience was a relief since we really did not want to commute more after a trip in the air. Our room is located on the 4th floor in a building with an elevator, right in front of the beautiful Grace Bay! Everyday, we just opened the sheds and doors to the balcony and enjoyed the breathtaking view and felt the ocean breeze right away. We loved having our breakfast on the balcony in the morning. The cleanest is superb. It’s done daily so we could have fresh towels and perfect bedding every day. The cleaning lady even did our dishes, which was a great help, especially when we got back to the resort from a long day of outing. Oh yes, there is a small kitchen with all the cookwares, dishes, stoves, a fridge and a microwave. We cooked several meals, including daily breakfast and some dinner. (I got to make lobster tails, squids and rum cocktails with the ingredients we got from the nearby supermarket.) I’d also like to commend on the bed/mattress! It’s so comfortable to a point that we often fell asleep early in the evening, even though we did not plan to, and woke up refreshed. We appreciate the services we received from the resort. The front desk staff were helpful with all our inquires. They have bikes so we rode around in the neighborhood and got our grocery shopping done! The resort also offers free small-sized sailing boats, paddle boards, floaters and other equipments that we can use in the water. We did paddleboarding in one afternoon, which was fun. On the beach, there are several restaurants within walking distance, so we dined locally pretty often. I am already missing having meals under the sun and right by the water. There is also a tour company right by the beach, so it was easy for us to book activities. I joined a nice half-day snorkeling trip, and we did parasailing with them on the first day of 2021! Last but obviously not the least - the beach! The sands are white and silky. We often walked around, swam in the turquoise water and sunbathed there. Our beach time always flew by so fast! (Plus the chairs and umbrellas are of high quality. Clean towels are accessible and abundant.) Wow I wrote a lot, because there are tons to be grateful for. :) Thank you so much, David, we appreciate this great experience of staying at your place. May your 2021 be full of joy and fulfillment!

Outstanding hospitality from David and flawless communication. We loved the space and the view was amazing. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, great shower, perfect climate control (and we loved the fan too). We did not opt for the all inclusive and did not partake in the many activities/entertainment offered by the resort as we were there for pure relaxation.
