We loved Rob's place. The house is interesting, well-furnished and spotless. Plenty of space for a party of 6 and a dog. The kitchen is well equipped which we particularly appreciated (huge fridge and great oven) because we like to cook. The log burner in the living room was also a winner for us. The area is beautiful - and Rob provides lots of info on local walks which we used to select something appropriate for all of us. Also stopped off for drinks and snacks at the Black Swan in nearby Ravenstonedale (a lovely pub with amazing sausage rolls!) We had a very enjoyable family weekend here with everything we needed to relax and just be together in a private, beautiful place. A tonic for the soul. The treats were also a pleasant surprise and kindness. We would not hesitate to recommend this lovely home, or return ourselves for another stay. Thank you very much, Rob.

We had a lovely weekend stay at the house. The house is very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms are modern and well equipped. The living rooms and bedrooms are lovely. The windows are so unusual and the circular rooms so quirky. You can walk straight from the door which is great for dog walking and the views are lovely, helped by a light dusting of snow on our 1st night. Amazing dark skies too, the stars were impressive. Rob and his partner were really helpful and very responsive when we needed anything. Highly recommended location and accommodation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic countryside Airbnb, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. This place truly has it all! First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Tucked away in the countryside, it provides a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The view from the kitchen window is simply breathtaking; I found myself mesmerized by the beauty of the surroundings every morning. The house itself is incredibly spacious and comfortable. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there was more than enough room for our group. Not to mention, the heating worked like a charm, keeping us warm and cozy during our stay. What I loved most about this place is the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It's the perfect spot for those looking to unwind and recharge. I couldn't have asked for a better retreat.
