Words cannot explain what a blessing this stay was! I was able to adjust myself into my new job in NYC, which was key for me. The convenience of having 3 major public bus routes connecting with 2 train hubs made a ease to get into Manhattan. The accommodations made all my expectations, and I always had a good night rest. Kudos to Maya and James!

The host has been highly professional and responsive throughout the stay period. Maya puts genuine effort in trying to make her tenants feel comfortable and make their stay smoother. Would highly recommend people to check out her listings!

I stayed at Maya's listing from October 2022 to July 2023, approximately 10 months while on a travel nursing contract. Maya and George were the most hospitable Airbnb hosts I have encountered, being very friendly in between passings, upgrading a refridgerater during my stay, and even offering to upgrade the clothing rack (although I said the current one was working fine for me). The private room is connected to the main house, but has completely private entrance/door and own bathroom and kitchenette as described. Keyless entry was a plus and location is unbeatable if traveling in/out of La Guardia Airport. Bus stop is right in front of the Airbnb which can connect you easily to the subway lines for easier access in and around NYC. I felt that the price of this Airbnb was reasonable and fair as well. I highly recommend this Airbnb and these hosts to anyone who is thinking about staying. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

The room is as advertised, many thoughtful touches and small extras provided. Can hear the tenant above at times but I work night shift and it was never an issue for my sleeping schedule. Great place for a great value.
