A beautiful oasis in the big city. This place was so peaceful and relaxing and made you forget you were in the city. The pool was so nice to come back to after a long day touring Havana. It refreshed you as you prepared to reset for a night out on the town. We purchased dinner every night here and it was delicious! She even accommodated the meals for my food allergies which helped tremendously. I can not thank her enough for that. They were extremely helpful in making arrangements for the things we wanted to do. Each day they offer a free taxi to the city center that drops off about 9 and picks up about 5. It helped save us money while touring around. In the evenings they also helped us make reservations, get tickets to shows, and arrange for our taxi drop-offs and pick-ups. They even helped us arrange for a taxi collective to pick us up at the house when we wanted to go to Vinales. They seemed to have the right contact for anything we wanted to do which made us very grateful. The room was very clean and the bed was large. The room had air conditioning and a mini fridge.

Let me just start off by saying that I have so much great things to say about this stay. To begin with the house is a very beautiful comfortable house where you defiantly feel at home. The guest and his mother and father are the most genuine and most humble individuals i ever met. They are there to guide you and make your stay feel safe and enjoyable. You have free transportation as the location is 15 minutes away from Havana. I would also like to share that Cuba is also a safe place but being a tourist you have anxiety once you come in since you do not know what to expect. As soon as we came in he explained everything and was fully honest. I'm still obsessing on his mother breakfast lol! as well and I loved Cuba very very much. I would also like to share what his family and the guest did for us. During our last day we ran out of CUC and due to us being Americans it was absolutely impossible to exchange dollars or even use American debit/credit cards; so in other words we were stuck with no money!! The family helped us by feeding us breakfast, taking us to the airport and even trusted us enough to pay once we land through western union which we did. This was the most generous act someone has done for us. We cant be more thankful for him and his family and we will recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Cuba.
