Matthew was very friendly and helped us from the moment we arrived at the location. He was very responsive and helped us immediately with any questions we had. The location is located easy walking distance from the train station, the York City Wall, and the city center. It was also within walking distance to the Church we attended on Sunday. It was probably the most spacious AirBnB we stayed in throughout England. And it even had paper towels in the kitchen. As a basement apartment, it was very cool and comfortable during warm days. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, friendly and responsive host, close to train station and bus routes. Walkable distance to downtown and local attractions. The accommodation is very spacious, lots of room to relax with a great kitchen if you want to eat “at home”.

Great flat, only 15 mins walk from the centre of York. Very clean, tidy and rooms are very spacious (bigger than the pictures show). Matthew was very helpful and passed on some great local recommendations. Highly recommended if you are visiting York.
