I would highly recommend Patty and Fred’s accommodations. All items one needs available for a pleasant quiet stay. Close to Piedmont University. Common area room very well appointed. Overall great value.
Patty and Charlie were great communicators. They met us that evening when we arrived and helped us feel settled for our overnight stay. We enjoyed the conversations and learning the history of the house and surroundings the next morning as we admired the gardens. The bedroom and bath were very clean as shown in the pictures. Downstairs was a living area for guest to relax if needed with a mini kitchen bar. It was a peaceful location and short drive to our destination of Hardman Farms and then to busy Helen, GA. We were able to eat as we approached at a nearby restaurant in Cleveland.

We are celebrating the beauty that is here, it is so different than where we come from and is constantly surprising us with new parks (Don Carter) and waterfall hikes in all directions. 30 minutes from Helen where the Chatahoochie River begins. Zip line, tubing and shopping.
