This is a wonderful home to enjoy SLO from. It is quiet, comfortable and spacious. The setting is exquisite, and being able to sit on the deck and porch made our stay. We loved walking into downtown to the great coffee shops and restaurants and recommend Scout coffee, Nate’s and Novo. Farmers market on Thursday is another must. We cooked in the kitchen and enjoyed drinks on the deck. There are excellent laundry facilities at the back of the house. We all found the beds comfortable, heating efficient and showers hot. The only tricky thing was the dishwasher - there is a knack. This home gives you a really good feel for the idyllic SLO lifestyle in the Historic region. There is even a charming little black cat who sits in the yard during the day!

Lovely stay in SLO - beautiful classic vintage home walkable to downtown. Perfectly clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room. Great kitchen too! We would definitely stay here again. Favorite breakfast spot, Sally Loo’s, just a few block walk. Quiet and safe.

Location! Walk to everything. Kitchen fully remodeled and has all you need. House is old charmer, a step back in time. Will stay here again!

This photogenic historic home is perfectly situated near the delightful downtown of San Luis Obispo. Great shops and restaurants were within a ten minute walking distance. But it is a quiet neighborhood, with friendly multigenerational walkers passing by throughout the day. The linear arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms was very efficient. Although we had a relatively large party of five adults and one child, there was plenty of room with space to sleep an additional two adults and one child if necessary. Even though our host was traveling in Europe, at the time, she was very responsive to our inquiries. It was easily one of the most amenable AirBnb homes we have ever rented. All in all, we had a delightful time!
