Place was great. My favorite are the pillows so soft and squishy. Clean linen. The refrigerator tho needs refreshing but it is working we didn’t use it tho. Quiet place. Worth what I paid for. The air conditioner is cold and everything was provided with clear house rules and instructions to follow.

Needs complete renovation. Water comes in trickle after 11:00PM. No internet after 12MN. Molds on the pillows. Chairs full of stain, dirty. Intermittent power. Stain on the door. No toilet paper holder. Shower in the 2nd floor unusable. Door lock on the front door is defective. Dirty back area. No garbage receptacles. Missing door knob in the 2nd floor bathroom, just covered with tape. I can provide pictures to support my claims. No seat covers on the toilet bowls. No answer on the number I was provided. No hair dryer provided.

For travelers like myself, I choose instant-booking and self-check-in properties. This was listed as one but it was the most inconvenient place I’ve ever booked through Airbnb. It was advertised as having a lock box and when asked for a code, the host took forever to respond. Turns out there was no lock box and the key was with his kids whom were in school. We had to wait for almost an hour to get in and the hosts weren’t giving much of a solution, just reasons as to why we were inconvenienced. The place wasn’t ready. My brother killed roaches, no sheets, no toilet paper, no trash cans and we lost water on one of the nights of our stay. The host offered us another night to compensate but that wasn’t helpful since we were on schedule and traveling. I requested a one-night’s refund instead which he agreed upon but never followed through. I am definitely not booking this place again. I’m not telling you to not book this place so book this place at your own risk. Airbnb needs to do better.

Nice and quiet place to stay, Very cold aircon. Nice mattresses.
