It was an easy check in and check out. Almost a home na sya since it is located near Subdivision. Malapit sa sakayan ng jeep and maraming stores nearby. Thank you po.

Had the pleasure of spending a month at Mar's place and enjoyed every single day. The place itself is extremely well equipped (large high quality smart tv, reliable fast internet, full kitchen, and one of the most efficient aircons I've experienced in the Philippines). The location is extremely walkable for daily needs and for anyone who wants to venture a bit further out there were several options for transportation such as abundant jeeps, e-busses, taxis, tricycles, and Grabcars. The couple times I had a question Mar was quick to respond. His family as well as the caretakers live on the same street and are extremely kind and down to Earth people. His father Johnny was particularly gracious with me and gave me a lift to the airport. Thank you to Mar, Johnny, Ronalyn, and everyone else that made my stay in Bacolod a memorable one. I will most certainly be back :)

First and most importantly, the host is proactive when it comes to communicating. We had a great stay and will surely book this place again. Thank you Sir Mar for accommodating us.

It was an excellent and pleasant stay. We had a wake at Acropolis for a few days and we needed a place to stay to sleep for some nights. The location is very convenient to access. Mar is very understanding and cooperative.

Very accommodating. It was problematic that I arrived too early and thought I would check-in after 2:00, however I was able to check-in earlier without a problem. I was also able to check-out later than the actual time, and they were also able to accommodate this for me easily. They were also very fast in responding and they always pick-up when called.
