Everything was exactly as described and is a great place to hang with friends or just to enjoy some amazing views and fishing. The pier is awesome and the night fishing was awesome.

Very nice place to stay with your family. The location is fantastic, and the view is breathtaking. I and my family enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had were giant mosquitoes bites that gave my little boy severe swellings and pains all over his body. If you're going with your kids, then consider having your bug spray with you the whole time. I never knew this. We enjoyed our stay overall, and Tim was quick to respond to my needs the whole time.

This is THE place to be! We truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. The house is gorgeous and well appointed. Even with four couples and dogs, we had plenty of room to hang out. We saw dolphins, pelicans, hummingbirds, and even crabs and shrimp along the pier. The view is breathtaking inside and out. There are great shops and restaurants all a block away. Plus, the host was responsive and kind. If you are lucky enough to find this available, do yourself a favor and please book it. Our family made lifelong memories here and are already talking about how to coordinate a return visit.

Das Haus ist mit seinem Ausblick aufs Wasser einfach traumhaft und der Sonnenaufgang mit einer Tasse Kaffe ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Tim ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Es gibt Tipps fürs Ausgehen in der Umgebung, zeitnahe Antworten auf Fragen zum Haus und eine prompte Behebung von Problemen. Die Küche ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Tischkicker und Tischtennis für Familien im Haus. Leider war der Boden bei Ankunft etwas klebrig und die Schlafzimmer staubig, was wir aber dann einfach selber gereinigt haben. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines Ausgehviertels, so dass Restaurants und Bars mit Livemusik fussläufig erreichbar sind. Die abendliche Lautstärke gehört dann allerdings auch entsprechend dazu und man sollte sich daran gewöhnen. Wir können das Haus und Tim, als Gastgeber, nur empfehlen, sowohl für Langzeit- als auch Kurzzeitaufenthalte.
