We have been coming to Perranporth for many years. This was by far the nicest home from home we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Everything we needed was there, even milk, tea bags, coffee and home made cookies on arrival . We loved the style of the house and it was spotless. The location is perfect for the beach, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.

Fabulous apartment. Warm, cosy, very well equipped for a couple. Jill's communication was excellent and notification that we could check in earlier than stated was very much appreciated. Only very slight negative was that walk to beach/village was slightly further than described. This aside we would highly recommend this stay.

Great little place to stay although a little noisy at times, very clean space had problems with the car charger Jill did her best to help unfortunately we didn’t get it sorted short flat walk into Perranporth with lots of cafes and places to eat had some great food from the camp site up the road Pizza Fridays and Burrito Sundays would love to return again

Just enjoyed another stay at Little Fernleigh. Always a joyful home from home. Beautifully clean with everything you could possibly need. Jill is always on call if necessary; and Little Fernleigh is within easy walk of beach and shops. Perfect base to walk from. Really comfy bed and natural bedding. Super restful stay, thanks so much Jill xx
