Awesome place right on the water. Half our stay was cold and windy but the other half was magical on the water. Would be so so glad to visit again during the middle of summer. Thanks for having us!

Gene's place was a perfect, peaceful retreat for our Thanksgiving week. Plenty of room for the four of us, yet comfy enough to be together and enjoy a few visitors. This place is clearly a cherished home vs. a typical rental and the well appointed kitchen made the Thanksgiving meal come together terrifically! The sunsets each night over Lake Champlain never got old! Just spectacular! We can only imagine how amazing the property would be in warmer weather. To top it off, Gene or Stephen responded to each little question nearly immediately!

The view is perfect, rented kayaks and had easy access to get in the lake. My family had a fabulous week. House had everything we needed.
